We design and install multiple technologies and work throughout the DC Metro area. H&M is seeking an energetic, career-minded Project Coordinator, working with our team in our Chantilly, VA Office. The position will be supporting multiple Projects.\nThe Project Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and functional support to the project team reports to the Area Manager. The Project Coordinator handles day-to-day tasks supporting various projects in the areas of purchasing, accounts payable, material handling, various administrative tasks, and handles special projects as assigned.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, the Project Coordinator, with the support of his or her supervisor, is responsible for:\nCreates and manages all purchase orders, including execution, tracking orders, match PO to invoice, and receiving in the system.\nProcesses RMA’s as needed.\nSubmits BOM’s to vendors for quotes and works with local vendors for maintaining stock and coordinating site deliveries.\nPrepare, order materials and execute labeling schematics for large projects.\nAssist with project estimates as directed.\nReview and follow up on Vendor Portals entering new opportunities, warranties and rebates.\nDownload, verify and submit test reports from the field and submit them to vendors for warranty.\nOrganize and upload appropriate documents to the Share Point Project files.\nCommunicate with project teams and provide support as needed to ensure that all expectations are met.\nOther administrative and project related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\nProficient in basic computer software applications -- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) \nOrganized & detailed-oriented. Ability prioritize and manage differing needs of the business.\nAbility to work independently as well as the ability to work well with others collaboratively.\nPossess strong communication skills, both oral and written.\nMinimum 1-3 years of related administrative experience with project support and/or customer service highly desirable.\nPossess a strong customer service orientation - focus on satisfying the needs of both internal and external stakeholders.\nMust have a high school diploma.\nNo Relocation Provided.
