Our rich diversity of people and ideas makes us a stronger, more innovative organization.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of power utility construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist with project coordination, resource management, and communication with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.\nResponsibilities\nManage planning and scheduling construction activities related to Utility construction projects\nCoordinate with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and utility clients to support daily operations.\nMonitor project progress, budget status, and timelines; report on variances and recommend corrective actions.\nMaintain accurate project documentation including contracts, permits, change orders, and daily reports.\nHelp manage procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to job sites.\nSupport compliance with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.\nAttend project meetings and provide updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.\nPerform quality control inspections and assist with punch list development and closeout documentation.\nAssist with cost tracking, billing, and preparation of project invoices.\nTrack project performance using Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to assess cost and schedule variances and provide accurate forecasts.\nPrepare and present financial and performance reports, including cost-to-complete and earned value metrics.\nQualifications\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered).\n2+ years of experience in construction project coordination, preferably in utility infrastructure.\nFamiliarity with utility standards, NESC/NESC codes, and safety protocols (OSHA, DOT, etc.).\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
