You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to key projects, and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative setting.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the full product lifecycle, including new product introductions, product changes, discontinuations, replacement products, and product data maintenance.\nAnalyse sales, margin, pricing, and product performance data to identify opportunities for portfolio growth, range optimisation, and profitability improvement.\nAssist with category planning, product ranging, promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives to drive portfolio performance.\nPrepare business cases, commercial recommendations, and reporting to support portfolio and product decisions.\nMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to provide insights that inform strategy and decision making.\nCoordinate product availability and supply related issues, including back orders, alternate sourcing solutions, customer complaints, and product enquiries from our sales team and customers.\nCollaborate with suppliers and cross functional stakeholders to support product, commercial, and customer outcomes.\nAbout You:\n1-2 years' experience in Product/ Category/Brand Management Support, Sales Support, Commercial Analysis or a similar role.\nTertiary qualification in marketing, business, commerce, communications or a related discipline (desirable)\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, pricing and margin data.\nExcellent computer skills (MS Office Suite) and a confident user of Excel and PowerPoint.\nHas had some exposure to working with business systems and product data (experience working with Phocas and Pronto desirable)\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders.\nExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.\nFamiliar with the use of AI tools to support day to day productivity \nExperience within healthcare, medical devices or medical consumables, highly regarded.\nBenefits?\nFree onsite parking + Free onsite gym\nBirthday leave\n13 weeks paid parental leave (after 12 months continuous service)\nNovated car lease options\nHybrid working environment\nOngoing professional development and training opportunities\nReward and recognition programs + many more benefits!\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an early career product or category professional looking to develop their skills across portfolio management, commercial analysis, product marketing and supplier management within a growing healthcare business.
