Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution operations, with the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. A hands-on leadership style and demonstrated ability to coach, develop and influence others while creating accountability and positive employee relations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience using operational data to improve productivity, accuracy, cost and overall performance. Experience with ISO standards and regulated processes; experience within healthcare or another regulated distribution environment is strongly preferred. This is not a hybrid or remote position.\nThe posted range for this position is $93,000 - $116,000, which is the expected salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. This role also receives an annual performance bonus.
