You will lead and coordinate the digital ecosystem across our Iberian business divisions, connecting business needs with technology, customer experience and digital growth.\nYou will work closely with Marketing, Sales, IT and EMEA stakeholders, helping define priorities, coordinate initiatives and turn our digital strategy into tangible business outcomes.\nIf you enjoy connecting business, technology, data and customer experience, and you are looking for a role where your ideas can make a real difference, this could be your next challenge.\nWhat will you do?\nAs Digital & eCommerce Leader Iberia, you will help shape how our customers and teams experience Henry Schein through our digital channels.\nYour main responsibilities will include:\nDefine and coordinate the Digital & eCommerce roadmap across Iberia, working with our different business divisions and ensuring alignment with business priorities.\nLead digital transformation initiatives focused on growth, customer experience and operational efficiency.\nAct as the key connection between Iberia and the EMEA Digital & eCommerce organization, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment across regions.\nCoordinate local digital projects, bringing together Marketing, Sales, IT, business stakeholders and external partners.\nDrive the continuous evolution of our eCommerce platforms and digital customer journey.\nIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experience and translate them into actionable digital initiatives.\nWork with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize developments, investments and digital solutions.\nPromote best practices across SEO, SEM, CRO, Marketing Automation and Analytics.\nSupport the implementation and adoption of new digital technologies and tools.\nMonitor digital performance through relevant KPIs and data-driven insights, using them to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.\nShare knowledge, connect teams and promote digital best practices across Iberia and EMEA.\nWhat will make you successful?\nWe are looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.\nYou don't need to know everything. What matters is that you know how to connect the dots, bring people together and turn digital opportunities into business results.\nYou will ideally bring:\nPrevious experience in Digital, eCommerce, Digital Transformation or a related field.\nExperience leading cross-functional digital projects from definition through implementation.\nStrong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, preferably Magento / Adobe Commerce.\nExperience with PIM solutions, such as Akeneo or similar.\nKnowledge of Marketing Automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Brevo or similar.\nGood understanding of SEO, SEM, CRO, Analytics and digital performance.\nExperience working with agencies, technology providers and external partners.\nStrong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.\nExcellent communication and influencing capabilities, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.\nA data-driven, proactive and customer-focused mindset.\nThe ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping sight of the bigger picture.\nFluent English is mandatory, as you will collaborate regularly with EMEA stakeholders.\nExperience with CRM platforms, SAP environments or Customer Experience (CX) solutions will be considered a plus.\nWhy Henry Schein?\nBecause we believe that each person is as important as the next.\nYou will join an international organization where people, collaboration and continuous development are at the heart of what we do.
