These orders are processed by an Equipment Coordinator because of the special criteria such as (special cost, staging the equipment in a center, or needing special shipping requirements such as lift gate, inside delivery, set up).\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n60%\nAre responsible for processing Medical Equipment Orders from the Sales Consultants. A Purchase Agreement is received from the Sales Rep with all required information to process the order.\nThe Equipment Coordinator must analyze and determine method of procurement using available inventory in an equipment warehouse or to create a supplier purchase order to complete the order for shipment.\nReview account credit status to confirm the order may be entered and approved by the credit department.\nProcures product to complete the customer’s orders by processing purchase orders with vendors, ordering from or distribution centers and reserving inventory in equipment centers.\nPrioritizing and meeting delivery request by communicating with sales suppliers and equipment warehouses for delivery of equipment orders.\nHandle post order delivery request including replacement orders, credits and rebill of invoices.\nReviews product to validate items can be placed with the equipment team and to confirm customer is licensed to accept product on equipment orders.\n20%\nReceives a high volume of requests from Fields Sales Consultants via ACD system, e-mail or fax requesting specific equipment products and to check order status\n10%\nReviews all equipment back orders utilizing appropriate reports (open PO’s and open Order report)..\n5%\nEfficiently solve problems related to equipment orders and commutates with our Credit Department, Accounts Payable and Commission teams.\n5%\nHandles item inquiries, including questions, concerns and searches of products and order status.\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:\n· Good telephone etiquette.\n· Ability to learn applicable computer systems.\n· Purchasing and parts ordering.\nGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:\nVery good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines\nVery good attention to detail and accuracy\nCustomer service orientedand ability to work with complex issues\nAbility to plan and arrange activities\nVery good interpersonal communication skills\nVery good written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information\nAbility to work in a team environment\nAbility to multi-task\n· Establish productive working relationships at multiple levels within the organization\nWORK EXPERIENCE:\nTypically 2 or more years of related experience.\nPREFERRED EDUCATION:\nTypically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.\nTRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nTravel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.\nThe posted range for this position is $35093-$54834 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
