This role will involve navigating IFS Cloud workflows to create, update and publish training material in multiple formats including live guidance for the continuous development and expansion of the IFS Cloud system. The role will also involve general administration of the ClickLearn system supporting other creators and users. Furthermore, it will support IFS Cloud continuous development by creating workflows eForms, quick reports and custom fields et cetera.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nTraining & Change:\nCreate manuals, process documentation, and training materials using ClickLearn.\nSupport the development and delivery of role-specific training materials for end users.\nProvide ongoing support and coaching to users.\nAct as a change agent to promote system adoption and engagement.\nSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage configuration-related test cycles.\nData Management & Reporting:\nEnsure data accuracy and consistency across Service Management modules.\nSupport the development of dashboards, reports, and KPIs using SQL queries and Power BI.\nAnalyse large data sets for quality and accuracy to support data migration from older systems.\nBasic data analysis to identify usage patterns and feedback to identify training or configuration gaps.\nConfiguration & System Support (desired):\nOptimize workflows, business rules, SLAs, and field technician processes.\nTranslate business requirements into functional system configurations in collaboration with IT and business teams.\nCreate and maintain basic system data.\nContinuous Improvement & Technical Support:\nParticipate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.\nMonitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with IFS support and external partners as needed.\nStay current with IFS Cloud updates, features, and best practices.\nREQUIREMENTS\nEDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)\nPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:\nUsing ClickLearn to create, update, and distribute learning and guidance materials in multiple formats (ideally from IFS Cloud).\nMaintenance and administration of the ClickLearn materials and users. (desired) \nSupporting the configuration and development of process flows in core business systems.
