Here, your strengths are recognized, your development matters, and your wins celebrated.\nWe're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of technology initiatives while serving as the central coordinator for project intake, planning, execution, and delivery.\nThis role is ideal for a project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across technical and business teams, and excels at keeping projects moving forward through proactive communication, accountability, and organization. You'll lead initiatives ranging from Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud projects to application integrations, identity management, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise technology implementations.\nThis position is hybrid in our American Fork, UT office.\nWhat You Will Do\nProject Intake & Portfolio Management\nLead and coordinate the IT project intake process for new technology initiatives\nPartner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, project scope, timelines, risks, and expected outcomes\nDevelop project charters, business cases, estimates, and initial project plans\nFacilitate prioritization discussions and governance reviews\nMaintain visibility into project pipeline, active initiatives, and resource demand\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nManage projects through the complete lifecycle from planning through implementation and operational transition\nCoordinate activities across infrastructure, cloud, security, applications, development, and business teams\nDrive accountability for deliverables, timelines, and project outcomes\nDevelop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and communication plans\nEnsure successful project closures, knowledge transfers, and operational readiness reviews\nAgile & Scrum Facilitation\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews\nLead teams utilizing Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies\nMonitor sprint progress, project milestones, and delivery metrics\nRemove impediments and escalate risks when necessary\nPromote continuous improvement and best practices across project teams\nStakeholder Management & Communication\nServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders\nTranslate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical audiences\nCommunicate project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions to leadership and teams.\nFacilitate project-related meetings and cross-functional collaboration\nSupport organizational change management, training, and user adoption initiatives\nWhat We Are Looking For\n5+ years of IT Project Management experience leading technology projects from initiation through completion\nExperience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity\nStrong experience leading Agile ceremonies and project governance activities\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority\nProven success delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget\nExperience using Jira and Confluence in a project delivery environment\nHighly organized and process-oriented\nAccountable and comfortable holding teams and stakeholders accountable to commitments\nCustomer service focused with a sense of ownership and follow-through\nComfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping projects moving forward\nExceptional communicator who can effectively engage both technical and non-technical audiences\nWhat Will Set You Apart\nPMP or Scrum Master certified\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field\nExperience working in enterprise technology environments\nWhat you get as a Henry Schein One Employee\nA great place to work with fantastic people.\n\nA career in the healthcare technology industry, with the ability to grow and realize your full potential.\n\nCompetitive compensation.\n\nExcellent benefits package!
