This position partners closely with sales leadership, finance, and cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights, improve business processes, support forecasting and pipeline management, and lead strategic initiatives that accelerate revenue growth. The role is responsible for sales reporting, performance analysis, operational improvement projects, and executive-level business reviews. The analyst will support key initiatives such as pipeline analysis, bookings and revenue tracking, territory and quota management, and reporting automation, enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions that support the achievement of company objectives.\nThis position is Remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed\nWhat you will do:\nDevelop, maintain, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide insights into pipeline, bookings, revenue, and sales performance metrics\nSupport forecasting processes by analyzing historical trends, pipeline health, and key business drivers\nPartner with sales leadership, driving business insights, improving sales performance, and supporting revenue growth \nResponsible for forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, executive reporting, and sales effectiveness analysis\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in sales data, territory assignments, and quota attainment\nAssist in the design and administration of sales compensation plans and ensure alignment with revenue goals and sales strategies\nPartner with Sales and Marketing to analyze lead generation performance, funnel conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness\nIdentify and recommend process improvements to streamline reporting, enhance data quality, and improve operational workflows\nSupport data integrity initiatives across Salesforce, Domo, and other business systems to ensure reliable reporting and analytics\nPrepare presentations and deliver insights to sales leadership and senior management on revenue operations performance and key trends\nParticipate in special projects and perform other duties as required\nWhat we are looking for:\nTypically, 3 to 5 years of experience in terms of any applicable professional experience\nTypically, bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Analytics or global equivalent in related discipline\nProven experience working with sales leadership on improving sales performance, and supporting revenue growth\nDemonstrated experience providing Business Intelligence & Data analysis to C-Suite\nProficiency with Salesforce, Excel (advanced formulas, modeling, automation), and modern BI tools (Domo, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)\nUnderstanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, pipeline, CAC, GOGS, LTV, conversion funnels, bookings)\nProven project management, stakeholder management, negotiation, and consultative skills\nGreat communication, storytelling, and presentation skills - including the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights\nGood analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\nDemonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and navigate challenging conversations when needed\nWhat will set you apart:\nMaster's degree or global equivalent \nHold one or more industry certification\nTravel / Physical Demands\nTypically, less than 10%. No special physical demands required\nThis position will be working in an office or remote environment, utilizing typical office equipment, with travel required for client meetings, industry conferences, and prospect site visits as needed\nThe posted base range for this position is $78,000.00 - $98,000.00 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
