The Senior AI Transformation & Process Excellence Manager is a strategic business transformation leader will report to the Sr Director, Process Excellence. This role partners with our Global Distribution Group (GDG) Executive Leadership Team, business functions, and technology teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver transformational initiatives that simplify work, improve productivity, and accelerate value creation.\n\nThis position combines process excellence, continuous improvement, AI strategy, intelligent automation, consulting and organizational change management to support enterprise transformation across multiple business units, shared services, and corporate functions.\n\nIn this role, you will serve as a strategic transformation leader, partnering across the enterprise to simplify processes, accelerate AI and automation adoption, improve organizational performance, ultimately delivering measurable business value.\n\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \n\nEnterprise Transformation Leadership: lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by partnering with executive leadership to design scalable operating models that improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.\nProcess Improvement & Operational Excellence: drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and strategic business consulting to solve complex operational challenges\nAI & Intelligent Automation: identify, prioritize, and help implement AI, automation, and digital solutions which would include leveraging generative AI, AI Agents, RPA and workflow automation with a goal of simplifying work and improving productivity\nAutomation Governance: support the establishment of enterprise governance for AI and automation by helping to define standards, prioritization criteria, business case development, risk management, and benefit realization to ensure scalable and sustainable adoption\nOrganizational Change & Adoption: Champion Change Management, communications, training, and knowledge management initiatives that accelerate adoption of new technologies and build a digitally enabled workforce\nBusiness Performance & Value Realization: measure and sustain business value through KPI development, ROI tracking, performance dashboards, and executive reporting to ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business outcomes.\nStrategic Facilitation: Strategic Kaizen facilitation of workshops and other team sessions involving cross-functional subject matter experts on specific business processes and operational\nData-Driven Decision-Making: utilize data and metrics to identify trends, measure success, and make informed recommendations for continuous improvement\nProcess Analysis: analyze existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement, implementing changes that enhance operational efficiency and drive overall performance improvements.\nContinuous Improvement Culture: instill and promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization, encouraging TSMs at all levels to actively contribute to the evolution and refinement of processes.\n\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: \n\nLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (required)\nExperience leading enterprise process transformation and operational excellence initiatives\nStrong business consulting and executive facilitation skills\nExperience leveraging AI solutions, generative AI, automation platforms, RPA, workflow automation or process mining\nExperience evaluating AI, automation or RPA opportunities and developing business cases\nUnderstanding of change management and organizational adoption methodologies\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions\nStrong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills\nExperience working across multiple business functions and executive stakeholders\nResults focused, high proficiency to identify, baseline and measure improvement results showing the value of our engagements\nAI driven strategic thinker with strong business acumen\nExpert problem solver and strong analytical capabilities\nExceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills\nAbility to influence executive leadership and drive organizational change\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills\nProject and portfolio management expertise\nFinancial acumen with the ability to quantify business value and ROI\nInnovation mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and continuous improvement\nAbility to lead through ambiguity and drive enterprise adoption\nStrong collaboration skills across our business teams, IT, Finance and Shared Services\n\nGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: \n\nActively use a wide-range of unique professional skills; Experience in AI, automation and digital transformation required. Demonstrated experience leading enterprise level transformation initiatives. Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma, automation, or AI-enabled business solutions preferred.\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION: \n\nTypically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.\n\nTRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\n\nTravel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.\n\nKNOWLEDGE: \n\nSeasoned, experienced, and expert level senior professional. In-depth knowledge and full understanding of multiple disciplines and strong knowledge of other related disciplines. May manage vendor relationships.\n\nPERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: \n\nTypically, to advance to a new job level, TSMs must demonstrate professional behavior and should consistently be at the high-end of meets expectations or consistently exceed expectations.\n\nThe posted range for this position is $113,962- $178,067, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
