In this role you will help plan and enhance marketing campaigns across all paid and organic media channels. This role will work closely with cross functional teams to help inform campaign targets, evaluate investment efficiency, provide input on targeting and audience strategies, as well as track and monitor lead performance and optimize marketing a sales lead handoff.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nResponsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests, and development/automation of regular reports. \nResponsible for tracking, reporting and analyzing lead funnels, lead revenue and development/automation of regular reports through Salesforce.com \nAnalyzes external and internal customer data using spreadsheet (Excel) models, web analytics tools (Google/Marketo), statistical analysis tools, and campaign management software tools. \nEvaluates customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the guest experience. \nAnalyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations. \nCreates PowerPoint presentations to provide market and consumer insights to other marketing and sales departments. \nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:\nStrong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and work with multiple business partners. \nWorking knowledge of Excel, Salesforce.com and Tableau \nTrack record of using data and insights to drive change and implement new initiatives \nStrong communication skills, ability to clearly articulate insights to a wide range of audiences. \nKnowledge of the cross-channel and cross-platform marketing and media landscape and experience evolving analytics and measurement capabilities strongly preferred. \nIntellectual curiosity, flexibility, and high attention to detail \nGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:\nStrong understanding of industry practices\nHigh proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures\nGood planning/organizational skills and techniques\nGood decision making, analysis and problem solving skills with ability to multi-task\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nGood presentation and public speaking skills\nGood interpersonal skills\nGood conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages\nAbility to build partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externally\nResolve complex issues in effective ways\nMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:\nTypically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing.\nPREFERRED EDUCATION:\nTypically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.\nTRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nTravel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.\nThe posted range for this position is $74,716 to $116,744 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
