This role provides strategic and day-to-day leadership across warehouse operations, fulfillment, inventory management, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within a matrix organizational structure. The Site Leader will identify opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, optimize resources and reduce costs.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nManage the daily operations of the site, including talent development, safety, manufacturing, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution to achieve operational targets.\n\nManagement of site MSO P&L, continuous focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvement.\n\nDevelop and maintain Site metrics on cost, service, and quality, standardized with HS manufacturing site model.\n\nPartner with site leaders and matrix leaders to drive standardization and support the strategic consolidation model.\n\nLead the site in a matrix organization with clear direction and collaboration across all functions.\n\nLead and execute projects supporting the expansion of operational activities and continuous improvement initiatives at the site.\n\nFoster and promote a culture of operational excellence and Enable a culture of growth and continuous improvement.\n\nEnsure full compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies, as well as all applicable federal and state regulations and company guidelines.\n\nServe as the primary site liaison with commercial teams and business partners to ensure alignment of operational capabilities with business needs.\n\nSupport the execution of site strategy and ensure alignment with overall manufacturing goals to drive return.\n\nContribute to the development and management of annual operating and capital expenditure\n\nBuild and strengthen organizational capabilities and talent to support current and future business requirements.\n\nRecruit, develop, and evaluate employees to ensure high performance and efficient operational management.\n\nEnsure effective inventory control processes, including monitoring cycle count results and addressing discrepancies through corrective actions.\n\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:\n10+ years of experience in Operations Management in Warehousing, Distribution or Manufacturing o functions\n\nExperience in a regulated environment\n\nProven leadership and management skills in a high growth and dynamic environment\n\nAbility to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance\n\nAbility to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politics\n\nExperience with KPI reporting development and possess a continuous improvement mentality\n\nProven ability to lead and drive change in a dynamic business environment\n\nBudgeting and forecasting experience required\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively\n\nOutstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem-solving skills\n\nGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:\nExcellent management and leadership skills and ability to attract, retain, motivate, develop and mentor team members for high performance\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to resolve disputes effectively\n\nOutstanding presentation and public speaking skills\n\nOutstanding independent decision making, analysis and problem solving skills\n\nUnderstand, interpret and act on financial information that contributes to business profitability\n\nAbility to plan and manage complex and successful projects; understand available resources, develop timeline, budget and assign areas of responsibility\n\nLead teams to achieve company goals and solve complex business issues in creative and effective ways\n\nOutstanding planning and organizational skills and techniques\n\nCommunicate effectively with senior management and key stakeholders\n\nStrong negotiating skills and ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships\n\nAbility to influence, build relationships, understand organizational complexities, manage conflict and navigate politics\n\nBroad and wide-range of professional and managerial skills with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures\n\nAbility to lead and develop virtual teams\n\nOutstanding in multiple technical and business skills\n\nMINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:\nTypically, 10 or more years of increasing responsibility and complexity in terms of any applicable professional experience; 3 or more years of management experience.\n\nPREFERRED EDUCATION:\nTypically, a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus.\n\nTRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nTravel typically less than 10%. Office environment.
