Required to assist with taking periodic inventory, typically on a quarterly basis or as required, on an after business hours basis.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\n20%\nReceives incoming calls to place customer tooth and related parts orders. Also receives orders by fax and online systems. Reviews to ensure all required customer and product information is specified and contacts customers for clarifications if necessary.\n20%\nFills all customer orders by picking the appropriate products specified or coordinates drop shipments with vendors to have products shipped directly to customer. Responsible for maintaining 100% accuracy.\n20%\nProcesses all filled customer orders to ship in the same day. Uses online systems to track location of shipments.\n5%\nInteracts with Sales Reps on a regular basis regarding status of customer orders.\n10%\nReceives telephone calls from customers to answer inquiries on various issues, including orders, bills, and shipments, and handles other related customer service issues.\n10%\nGenerates purchase orders to replenish inventory.\n5%\nPerforms general functions including receiving, put away, replenishment, returns, damages, and inventory control for teeth and related parts.\n5%\nRequired to assist with taking periodic inventory, typically on a quarterly basis or as required, on an after business hours basis.\n5%\nParticipates in special projects and performs other duties as required.\nSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:\nAttention to detail, accuracy and basic computer skills.\nGENERAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:\nGood time management\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nAbility to plan and arrange activities\nInterpersonal communication skills\nGood verbal and written skills\nAbility to maintain confidential and highly sensitive information\nAbility to work in a team environment\nAbility to multi-task\nWORK EXPERIENCE:\nNo experience required.\nPREFERRED EDUCATION:\nTypically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training.\nTRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\nTravel typically less than 10%. No special physical demands required.\nThe posted range for this position is $32,662-$44,911 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
