Here, your strengths are recognized, your development matters, and your wins celebrated.\nThe Software Implementations Project Manager is responsible to plan, execute, and oversee the project management activities related to the implementation of Henry Schein practice management Enterprise software and services to customers including mid-size to large group practice locations in private, public and government sectors.\nThis position is Remote within the United States with up to 10% travel as needed\nWhat you will do:\nPlan, lead, organize and control projects from beginning to completion\n\nServe as a primary point of contact for both internal and external customers during all phases of the implementation project to achieve defined success, including the recognition and handling of escalated customer issues\n\nSet appropriate customer expectations\n\nEnsure timely and effective customer service expectations are met and/or exceeded\n\nDeliver quality deliverables according to project timelines to ensure revenue recognition according to forecast\n\nLead “Current State and Future state” consulting assessments around functionality and/or processes\n\nBuild partnerships at all levels within the company, begin to build partnerships externally\n\nCommunicate with C-Level management both internally and externally\n\nManage multiple/simultaneous implementation projects Resolve advanced customer escalations\n\nTrack all correspondence and completed tasks to provide accurate record of account/project history\n\nEstablish strong working relationships with other people and teams\n\nResolve complex issues in effective ways\n\nProvide input into process improvement\n\nMay participate in special projects or other duties as assigned\n\nWork towards and assisting in the achievement of individual, team, department, and company goals\n\nProvide Engagement Managers and/or clients with updated implementation plans, which may include project schedules, project plans, benchmark metrics, communications documents, etc.\n\nWhat we are looking for:\nTypically, 3 to 5 years or more of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience\n\nTypically, a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent in related discipline\n\nProject management experience and/or certifications (CAPM, PMP, Project+, etc.)\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills including both inbound and outbound phone calls\n\nExcellent documentation skills\n\nAdvanced level experience with project management\n\nProfessional appearance and presentation skills required\n\nStrong understanding of industry practices\n\nHigh proficiency with tools, systems, and procedures\n\nGood conflict resolution skills and ability to deliver difficult messages\n\nExcellent customer service and organization skills\n\nAdvanced professional experience with both client/server and cloud based (SaaS) applications and services\n\nAdvanced professional experience with regulatory compliance and requirements including HIPAA\n\nGreat communication, storytelling, and presentation skills - including the ability to turn complex data into clear, compelling insights\n\nGood analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities\n\nDemonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and navigate challenging conversations when needed\n\nExcellent ability to professionally understand and diffuse stressful situations\n\nExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, CRM, SaaS applications, and internet browsers\n\nExcellent technical skills including (Network configurations, WANs, Citrix, Virtual Server, 3rd party ISPs, Windows SQL Server, hosted solutions, etc.)\n\nWhat will set you apart:\nMaster's degree or global equivalent\n\nHold one or more industry certification; professional certification may be required to advance\n\nPractice management software and services including Henry Schein solutions experience\n\nTravel / Physical Demands\nTypically, less than 10%. No special physical demands required\n\nThis position will be working in an office or remote environment, utilizing typical office equipment, with travel required for client meetings, industry conferences, and prospect site visits as needed\n\nThe posted base range for this position is $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role.
