Sie arbeiten direkt an der Schnittstelle zu unseren Global Process Owners (GPOs). Während die GPOs die globale Governance und das fachliche Design der E2E-Prozesse (z. B. Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Produce, Source-to-Pay, etc.) vorgeben, sind Sie für die nahtlose systemische Integration, das Workflow-Design und das Verbinden der bisherigen von System- und Abteilungsbereiche verantwortlich. Gemeinsam mit der Process Community sichern Sie den reibungslosen Fluss unserer Wertschöpfungsketten.\nIhre Aufgaben\nProjekt- und Schnittstellenmanagement: Entwicklung integrierter Projektpläne, Meilensteine und Arbeitspakete für die Integrationsthemen; Koordination aller Aufgaben zur Erreichung der Projektziele in Bezug auf Zeit, Qualität und Kosten.\nFachliche Synchronisation & Standard-Fokus: Enge Abstimmung mit den GPOs, um Business-Anforderungen mit dem SAP-Standard abzugleichen (\"Fit-to-Standard\") und unnötiges Customizing zu verhindern.\nE2E-Schnittstellen & Demarkation: Moderation, Definition und Dokumentation der genauen Übergabepunkte (Touchpoints) zwischen den einzelnen E2E-Kernprozessen und betroffenen Abteilungen.\nEskalations- & Issue-Management: Aufbau und Pflege eines strukturierten Trackings für Integrationskonflikte, Prozesslücken (Gaps) und Abhängigkeiten; Herbeiführen von Architekturentscheidungen im Programm\nChange Management: Durchführung von Prozess-Workshops und Befähigung der Fachbereiche zur operativen Umsetzung\nIhr Profil\nAbgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet\nNachweisliche Erfahrung im Projekt- und Prozessmanagement bei der Implementierung von SAP, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld\nE2E- & Integrations-Mindset: Tiefes Verständnis für globale, integrierte Prozessketten und die Fähigkeit, das \"Große Ganze\" mit operationaler Logik zu verbinden\nEine Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (z.
