Dies beinhaltet insbesondere die Abwicklung nationaler und internationaler Kundenprojekte sowie interner Entwicklungsprojekte für Landfahrzeuge.\nDie interdisziplinären Projektteams setzen sich unter anderem aus Teammitgliedern der Bereiche Finance, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Production und Sales zusammen.\nIhre Aufgaben\nAbwicklung von Kundenprojekten für Laser Produkte\nIntegrierte Projektsteuerung und Reporting\nSicherstellung der Zielerreichung des Projektes, insbesondere in den Dimensionen Kosten, Zeit und Leistung/Qualität\nVeranlassung, Steuerung und Koordination aller zur Zielerfüllung notwendigen Maßnahmen in den beteiligten Organisationseinheiten\nUnterstützung bei der Akquisition sowie der Erstellung von Angeboten basierend auf Kundenanfragen\nDie Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen wird vorausgesetzt\nIhr Profil\nAbgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar \nMehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Projektleitung\nFundierte Erfahrungen im Führen von Verhandlungen\nSehr gute MS Office- und SAP-Kenntnisse sowie gute Kenntnisse in MS Project\nKenntnisse im Bereich militärischer Produkte vorteilhaft\nSehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit als auch eine eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise\nFähigkeit zur Arbeit in funktionsübergreifenden Teams\nVerhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift\nDo you want to become part of a future-oriented company?
