Im Performance Management werden hierfür relevante Kennzahlen definiert, Daten aus unterschiedlichen Quellen zusammengeführt und aussagekräftige Reports für das Management erstellt. Die Position bietet einen hohen Gestaltungsspielraum bei der Weiterentwicklung des IT Performance Reportings und der zugrunde liegenden Kennzahlensystematik.\nIhre Aufgaben\nKonzeption und Weiterentwicklung des globalen IT Performance Reportings sowie Definition und Abstimmung relevanter Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) und Messgrößen\nErstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Management-Dashboards und Reports mit Power BI sowie ServiceNow für das IT Management und weitere Stakeholder\nAnalyse von IT-Service-Kennzahlen, beispielsweise zur Qualität von Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Störungstickets, Service Requests und BestellungenSicherstellung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Datenqualität sowie Überprüfung bestehender\n\nReports hinsichtlich Aussagekraft, Konsistenz und NutzerfreundlichkeitAnalyse von Entwicklungen und Trends, Ableitung belastbarer Aussagen sowie Identifikation und\n\nNachverfolgung geeigneter Maßnahmen auf Basis der erhobenen KennzahlenUnterstützung bei unternehmensweiten Benchmarks sowie Abstimmung relevanter Kennzahlen und Daten mit dem Finanz- und Controllingbereich\n\nIhr Profil\nAbgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Controlling oder vergleichbare Qualifikation\nMehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Performance Management, Reporting, Business Intelligence oder einem vergleichbaren datenorientierten Umfeld\nFundierte Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Analyse und Visualisierung von KPIs und Management Reports sowie sicherer Umgang mit Power BI und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenqualität\nIdealerweise Erfahrung als Anwender von ServiceNow, idealerweise mit Dashboards und Performance Analytics, sowie Kenntnisse im Maßnahmen-Tracking und in der nutzerorientierten Gestaltung von Reports\nAusgeprägtes analytisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, Fähigkeit zur Interpretation komplexer Zusammenhänge sowie Kommunikationsstärke in der Abstimmung mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern\nKenntnisse im Finanz- und Controllingumfeld, Technology Business Management (TBM) sowie in den Frameworks IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) und Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) sind von Vorteil\nSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse\nDo you want to become part of a future-oriented company?
