# Test Field Supervisor

About the Role We are seeking a skilled Testfield Technician to perform electronic product testing, fault finding, diagnostics, and component-level repairs within a production environment. The role is responsible for verifying product functionality, quality, and compliance with technical and customer requirements through accurate testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities, ensuring reliable electronic products are delivered in accordance with specified standards Qualifications and experience: Minimum T3, N6 or S4 in Electronic Engineering; a Diploma in Electronic Engineering will be preferred. Minimum 3 years' experience within an electronic manufacturing or production test environment. Practical experience in Radio Frequency (RF) measurements is a prerequisite. Experience in component-level fault finding and repair within a military electronic environment. Experience working with analogue and digital electronics and associated test equipment. Experience with computer-based testing and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) will be advantageous. IPC certification will be advantageous.
