\n4、可自主完成对MOM类产品订单、计划管理、生产调度、作业执行、质量管理、仓储物流等主流功能的需求分析、业务解决方案编制及业务演示原型制作等工作; \n5、工作热情，思维活跃，富有创新精神，能承受一定的工作压力。有优秀的团队合作意识，善于沟通协调，具备独立解决问题的能力和较强的市场分析能力; \n6、对军工制造管理业务过程熟悉，对集团级、多级生产组织管控业务熟悉者优先; \n7、具备较强的文字能力，能够主导制造业务项目论证报告、售前方案和实施方案的编制，并具有较强的表达和汇报能力;
