We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth.\nResponsibilities\nProvide program management and policy subject matter expertise to SEA 05 and NAVSEA affiliated PEOs for selected appropriated programs to include:Naval Advanced Concepts and Technologies (NACT)\nNAVSEA Small Business Innovative Research \nSmall Business Technology Transfer Programs\nCross Platform Systems Development (CPSD)\nSystems Engineering / Technical Authority (SE/TA)\nFleet Readiness Research and Development Program (FRRDP)\nForeign Comparative Test (FCT) Program\nCoalition Warfare Program (CWP)\n\nAssist in planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of studies, tool development, design and prototyping of technologies, components, sub-systems, and whole systems to ensure planning and execution is technically feasible and ensure sufficient knowledge is developed for successful transition\nDevelop and support tools required for tracking budgets, spend plans, funding obligation and execution, and other programmatic needs\nCoordinate with stakeholders as directed to obtain funding data, resolve issues, identify discrepancies, and produce reports related to budget status\nRecommend appropriate funding venues for unfunded technology development efforts and assist with applications for these funding venues\n\nAssist in processes and procedures for project identification, evaluation, and prioritization\n\nLead and supervise teams, utilizing skills in both program management and engineering management capacities\n\nQualifications\nBachelors degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or Science\n5+ years of program/project management experience\nFamiliarity with the Program Objective Memorandum (POM)/ Program, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes \nAbility to perform business case analyses and programmatic assessments \nPrior supervisory experience \nDoD Secret Clearance\nSalary range (subject to experience and qualifications) -
