In this role, the Analyst will support the maintenance of Herbalife's global, centralized ESG database, assisting with the collection, calculation, and aggregation of sustainability-related data. This includes coordinating with internal cross-functional and regional teams, helping generate performance reports, and supporting data quality and process improvement efforts. The Analyst will also help support alignment with global ESG standards and assist in meeting requirements related to regulations, disclosures, internal controls and third-party assurance.\nHOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE:\nSupport data quality, integrity and auditability efforts, helping identify and escalate issues as needed.\nAssist in the collection, calculation and aggregation of ESG data in line with review, assurance and reporting timelines.\nHelp maintain ESG databases, including basic user support, data entry, and identification of database improvement opportunities.\nTrack, monitor, analyze and report sustainability data and trends to internal stakeholders.\nSupport the preparation of third-party assurance materials, including compiling datasets, supporting evidence, and process documentation.\nMaintain sourcing and tracking documentation to ensure reporting accuracy; review and analyze data as directed.\nEnsure compliance with established ESG data collection and reporting processes and procedures.\nPerform other duties supporting the company's Sustainability strategies and global ESG compliance, as assigned.\nWHAT'S SPECIAL ABOUT THE TEAM:Herbalife's Sustainability organization is a team of individuals that bring expertise and experience from ESG, International Compliance, GHG accounting and Finance. The team is responsible for the development of sustainability strategies and the implementation of initiatives, working cross-functionally and across regions, as well as with external groups. The team ensures that strategy, internal policies, initiatives, and goals under the program align with relevant global regulations and the company's overall strategy and operational objectives.\nQualifications\nSKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:Skills:\nEffectively communicate ideas in written and verbal communication\nAbility to demonstrate an organized thought process when communicating\nEffectively able to draw conclusions and solve challenging problems\nStrong analytical skills\nAbility to take initiative to create change and look at new ways of doing things\nAdvanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas), and including Word, PowerPoint, Power BI and Tableau\nSQL & Data Query language experience (highly desirable)\nData validation and reconciliation\nTrend analysis, KPI development and reporting\nAbility to Identify: Data Gaps, Anomalies, Outliers, reporting Inconsistencies & Trends/insights.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nGood listening skills, one-on-one and in groups\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize to achieve timely and desired results\nExperience with ESG reporting concepts, GHG accounting standards and sustainability data frameworksExperience:\n2-5 years of work experience in ESG/Sustainability, financial accounting, information technology, data management, economics, business, or a related field\nProject management experience is a plusEducation:\nBachelor's degree or university degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, Finance, Data/Information Management, or related), or equivalent work experience\nUS Benefits Statement\nHerbalife offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees in the U.S. (limited to the 50 States and the District of Columbia), which includes Group Health Programs, other Voluntary Benefit Programs, and Paid Time Off.
