In addition, this position will be responsible for cleaning equipment and work areas, packaging and palletizing, labeling, in process inspection and other related packaging activities.\nDETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:\nDisassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble packaging equipment.\nClean and maintain great housekeeping in processing rooms and surrounding areas.\nOperate packaging equipment and HMIs.\nMonitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting or report issues to supervisor.\nFollow established cGMP’s, SOP’s, and electronic batch records.\nEnsure accurate and timely documentation in equipment logbooks and other relevant records.\nEnsure product and component inventory and availability in staging areas for uninterrupted operations.\nConduct accurate product reconciliation and component returns to ensure proper inventory accuracy.\nPackage finished product into boxes and palletize in an efficient manner.\nContinuously monitor and inspect product quality during processing.\nComply with all company policies and procedures including safety rules and regulations.\nMay be required to assist in other departments to support workload.\nMeets performance standards for quality, productivity, reliability, initiative, safety, and work relationships.\nAttends all company training sessions and completes additional trainings as required.\nOther duties as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.\nQualifications\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nNone\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nSkills:\nAbility to manually handle packaging product in a quickly and timely manner\nAble to stand for extended periods of time\nAbility to apply basic math skills required to control inventory\nAbility to document and use an electronic batch record\nGood communication skills both written and verbal\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds\nCompliance with all company policies and procedures\nCompliance with all safety rules and regulations\nAbility to understand, speak, read and write in the English language\nBasic computer skills\nExperience:\nExperience working/participating in a team-based environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nUS Benefits Statement\nHerbalife offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees in the U.S. (limited to the 50 States and the District of Columbia), which includes Group Health Programs, other Voluntary Benefit Programs, and Paid Time Off.
