You will own partnerships end-to-end, from sourcing to measurement, and turn creator content into reusable growth assets.\nYou should be:\nDeal-oriented: strong at outreach, negotiation, and closing.\n\nTaste-driven: you know which creators will perform and why.\n\nProcess-strong: you can run a high-volume pipeline without chaos.\n\nPerformance-aware: you treat creator spend like a growth channel with clear KPIs.\n\nWhat will you lead?\nSponsored creator and influencer program across major and micro channels\n\nSourcing + outreach: identify creators, run inbound/outbound, maintain pipeline\n\nNegotiation + contracts: rates, terms, deliverables, timelines, and compliance\n\nBriefs + approvals: creative direction, messaging, brand safety, review workflow\n\nDeliverable ops: timelines, revisions, posting verification, link/UTM setup\n\nTracking + reporting: performance by creator, format, platform, and cohort quality\n\nWhat skills do we expect you to have?\nProven experience running creator/influencer partnerships with measurable outcomes\n\nStrong networking and sourcing ability (finding emerging creators before they are expensive)\n\nExcellent negotiation and contract instincts (rates, rights, exclusivity, timelines)\n\nStrong creative briefing skills (clear direction without constraining creators)\n\nFamiliarity with whitelisting/paid usage rights and how creator content performs in ads\n\nStrong ops + analytics: pipelines, tracking, UTMs, reporting, and learning loops\n\nGood judgment on branding (especially with meme and micro media pages)\n\nWhat are Hercules’ operating principles?\nHercules’ operating principles guide how we make decisions every day.
