You will work across multiple functions to assess AI risks, support compliance initiatives, improve governance processes, and help teams navigate evolving regulatory requirements.\nKey responsibilities include:\nConduct AI impact assessments and evaluate risks related to safety, transparency, privacy, security, fairness, human oversight, and compliance.\nSupport governance reviews for internally developed and externally sourced AI systems and provide practical recommendations to address identified risks.\nCoordinate compliance and certification activities by partnering with Product, Engineering, Security, Privacy, Legal, Procurement, and external stakeholders.\nReview AI vendors, products, and services to assess governance, regulatory, privacy, security, and operational considerations.\nContribute to the development and continuous improvement of AI governance frameworks, standards, workflows, and operational processes.\nCreate guidance, training materials, and best practices that help teams understand and fulfill their responsibilities throughout the AI lifecycle.\nWho are you?\nYou bring experience helping organizations manage technology, governance, risk, or regulatory requirements while collaborating effectively across diverse teams.\nYou have:\nExperience in AI governance, Responsible AI, technology governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, or a related field.\nKnowledge of the EU AI Act and familiarity with AI-related regulations, standards, and governance frameworks.\nExperience conducting risk assessments, compliance reviews, audits, or governance evaluations for technology products and services.\nThe ability to analyze technical and business information and translate requirements into practical recommendations and actions.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience developing policies, standards, operational procedures, guidance materials, or training programs.\nFamiliarity with AI systems, machine learning technologies, large language models, or agent-based AI solutions.\nThe expected base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $140,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills and experience.
