You will work closely with business, product, engineering, security, procurement, HR, and legal stakeholders to translate privacy, AI, and cyber regulatory requirements into practical, business-friendly solutions.\nConduct DPIAs, PIAs, AI assessments, and privacy reviews, identifying risks and driving practical mitigation plans.\nSupport the Privacy Office's day-to-day operations, including DSRs, privacy inquiries, regulatory requests, and breach response activities.\nPerform third-party privacy reviews, supplier due diligence, and data protection assessments for vendors, partners, and strategic initiatives.\nMaintain privacy governance artifacts, including ROPAs, policies, procedures, standards, and compliance documentation.\nPartner with Product, Engineering, Security, Procurement, HR, and Legal teams to embed privacy, AI governance, and regulatory requirements into business processes and projects.\nTranslate complex privacy, AI, and cyber regulations into clear, actionable, and business-friendly requirements.\nLead the identification, assessment, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of privacy risks across products, services, technologies, suppliers, and business processes, maintaining appropriate risk reporting mechanisms and management visibility..\nSupport projects end-to-end, from initial assessment and risk identification through implementation and operationalization.\nLeverage AI tools, automation, and process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance Privacy Office operations.\nContribute to audits, certifications, customer assessments, privacy metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nMonitor regulatory developments and support privacy awareness and training activities across the organization.\nWho are you?\nYou are a fast learner, with an eye for detail and strong problem-solving. In addition you have the following qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Information Security, Privacy, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nOver 8 years of industry experience including 5+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, compliance, risk management, or a related field.\nStrong working knowledge of GDPR and experience supporting privacy compliance programs in multinational organizations.\nExperience conducting DPIAs, PIAs, privacy reviews, third-party assessments, supplier due diligence, and privacy governance activities.\nExposure to AI governance, cybersecurity regulations, and related regulatory frameworks.\nExperience supporting privacy requirements across both B2B and B2C products, services, or technology environments.\nExperience managing cross-functional projects and supporting stakeholders through implementation and operationalization.\nExperience working with privacy and security frameworks and standards, including GDPR, DPDPA, UAE PDPL, ISO/IEC 27701, ISO/IEC 27018, SOC 2, and related international frameworks.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.\nWhat we offer\nHERE offers an opportunity to work in a cutting-edge technology environment with challenging problems to solve!
