As a Sales Solutions Architect you will work closely with the HERE Sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle to gather requirements, design, validate, and help implement solutions that solve a variety of industry-specific location related business problems.You will take ownership of pre-sales technical activities including technical discovery workshops, RFQ response, technical demo & PoC development, and solution proposals.\nAs a Sales Solution Architect, your main responsibilities will include:\nActing as a technical consultant to the customer and HERE Account Executives during presales activities\nLeading technical discovery by identifying & documenting customer requirements and objectives.\nWorking hands-on with customers to demonstrate the value and capabilities of HERE technologies - from demos to proof of concept to implementation\nActing as a technical lead to design solutions based on the HERE Platform, Location Services, map content, and partner offerings\nCreating and presenting solution architectures that represent end-to-end solutions for the customer\nIdentifying & mitigating solution delivery risks throughout sales cycle\nRepresenting the voice of the customer, including requirements & competitive insights, across HERE Business Units to justify product development & investment decisions\nPartnering with HERE teams to understand industry ecosystems and partner networks - to better inform solution options for our customers\nEngaging with Business & Functional Groups to develop expertise across the HERE portfolio i.e., pricing, marketing, strategy, portfolio planning, researc\nUnderstanding & articulating problem statements for strategic & solution partners\nKeeping up to date with technology trends of customers and competitors\nWho are you?\nYou will be successful in this role if you possess the following skills and competencies:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.\n10+ years of relevant technical experience of which 5+ years in technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or similar roles\nUnderstanding of Enterprise software verticals ie, Physical AI & Robotics, SaaS, Mobility & On-demand applications,Transportation & Logistics etc.\nSoftware development experience in JavaScript, Java, Python, is a plus.\nProven customer facing skills and a consistent track record in major account management.\nPrevious experience in crafting and delivering large-scale software solutions to market.\nTechnical application solution selling experience with Cloud applications, services and APIs is nice to have.\nTeam player and passion for collaboration with various internal/external stakeholders.\nAttitude for learning and upgrading skills\nWork as a trusted advisor to our customers.\nKnowledge of GIS and understanding of Map Making is a plus, though not mandatory\nGood Communication skills in English and native level fluency in Mandarin\nExposure to working in AWS, Azure or any other major cloud environments is a plus.\nWho are we?\nHERE Technologies is a location data and technology platform company.
