Its mission is to accelerate AI adoption while maintaining security, privacy and responsible AI practices.\nWithin this organization, the Responsible AI and Platform area provides governance, reviews and infrastructure controls. It works closely with Trust Foundation and Legal to help ensure that HERE systems are secure and compliant.\nWe are looking for a DevOps Engineer to build, automate and operate the infrastructure supporting AI Hub, HERE’s portal for AI, and its integration with CatalystAI, the review process for validating AI built at HERE. You will help ensure these services are reliable, secure and scalable, enabling teams to discover, certify and reuse AI components.\nThis role combines hands-on cloud infrastructure management with CI/CD, automation and operational support for AI tooling. You will streamline build and deployment workflows, improve monitoring and reliability, and work closely with development and platform teams to support the adoption of AI agents and tools.\nBuild, maintain and operate AWS infrastructure supporting AI Hub and its integration with CatalystAI.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, deployment and release processes.\nManage infrastructure-as-code and configuration automation to ensure consistent, reproducible environments.\nBuild, deploy and operate containerized services using Docker.\nMonitor service availability, performance and reliability, and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.\nImplement security controls, access management and secrets management in collaboration with security and platform teams.\nSupport reliable integrations between AI Hub, CatalystAI and AI tooling through APIs and webhooks.\nCollaborate with development teams to improve deployment workflows and operational readiness.\nMaintain technical documentation, operational runbooks and recovery procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to reduce manual effort and operational overhead through automation and AI-assisted tools.\nNOTE: This is an individual contributor role.\nWho are you?\nBachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar technical degree.\nSeveral years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.\nExperience working in an Agile team.\nExperience with cloud infrastructure management (AWS).\nExperience with CI systems and driving the adoption of CI/CD within development teams.\nExperience with container solutions (Docker).\nExperience with automation of build, test, and release processes.\nDependable collaborator who works effectively with platform, process and product teams.\nClear technical writing for integration docs, APIs and how-to guidance.\nExperience building or integrating AI tooling, agents, MCPs or developer platforms.\nStrong REST/GraphQL API design and consumption skills, including authentication and webhooks.\nPractical front-end and back-end development experience (e.g. React/TypeScript and a back-end language such as Python or Node.js).\nFluency in written and spokenEnglish.\nWould be a plus:\nExperience with the following technologies is a plus: GitLab, AWS, Docker, Artifactory, Ansible, Terraform.\nExperience applying AI-assisted tools to speed up development workflows or reduce operational overhead.\nWhat Do We Offer?\nOpportunity to quickly gain practical knowledge and skills in implementing privacy law\nCooperation with privacy experts across the globe\nWork on the development of large-scale services, serving and storing petabytes of data\nWork with cutting-edge, modern technologies\nA great work-life balance\nFlexible working hours\nCompetitive salary plus bonus\nFantastic & talented people from 60+ countries worldwide\nChange is HERE.
