This role provides consistent, one-on-one support, not an agency rotation, allowing you to build rapport and become a trusted part of his weekly care routine.\nTraining will be provided, including patient-specific dialysis processes, home setup guidance, and ongoing support from our clinical team to ensure you feel fully confident.\nThis position is ideal for someone who values patient dignity, understands the unique challenges of dialysis, and wants to make a meaningful impact during a major care transition.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAssist with dialysis treatment setup ( NxStage or Tablo dialysis machine)\nKeep the treatment environment clean, organized, and safe\nOffer companionship and emotional reassurance\nHelp the patient remain on schedule with treatment times\nProvide light ADL support as needed\nMonitor safety and report concerns to the coordinating nurse\nMaintain simple documentation and shift notes\nWho We’re Looking For\n 1+ year of dialysis experience (home or clinic)\nFamiliarity with home dialysis systems preferred (NxStage, Tablo is a plus)\nOpen to in-home dialysis support and willing to complete the provided training\nSteady, supportive, and patient - especially during an adjustment period\nStrong communicator who works well with a clinical team\nMust pass a Herewith background check\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis patient wants to remain safe and supported at home while managing her dialysis.
