In addition to posting, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, and extending offers, you’ll play a key role in providing a positive candidate experience and elevating our employer brand within the market assigned. This role works alongside the broader Recruiting team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to deliver talent for our business. This Seasonal Recruiter will support the varous locations and corporate roles. \n\nWHAT YOU’LL DO ON A DAILY BASIS\nOwn full-cycle recruitment for corporate, manufacturing, distribution, and customer service high volume recruiting (at times up to 30-40 requisition desk) which includes:\nCreate job postings within employment branding parameters.\nPosting Jobs within 24 hours of request/notification of approval\nSourcing candidates and building pipelines\nReviewing and Screening applicants/candidates/leads within 24 hours of application/interest.\nInterviewing applicants in-person, phone, and virtually\nAssess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.\nInterview Scheduling within 24 hours of screen\nAdvancing candidates through the hiring process in applicant tracking system\nManage the selection process to ensure proper placement of motivated and qualified candidates is achieved.\nAct as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.\nAssisting new hires with on-boarding and orientation\n\nWHAT WE WANT YOU TO ACCOMPLISH\nPartner with hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on recruiting practice and communicate recruiting progress through weekly touch bases and thoughtful analysis, backing up advise with data points.\nDevelop and execute sourcing techniques and build strategic talent pools to meet current and future talent needs such as open interview days, continuous interview activity for positions always recruiting for, and building relationships with sources.\nManage and collaborate with external partners including, community, educational, and civic organizations to position company as an employer of choice. This includes Temporary Service Agency Partners, Career Centers, Community Colleges, Trade Schools, Community Centers, and others.\nMaintain applicable records and candidate/new hire data using ATS (Dayforce), Excel, Sharepoint, Teams, and other forms of tracking software.\nEnsure compliance with federal regulations and company policies, such as EEOC, attendance, etc.\nElevate our employer brand within your market by keeping a positive, team player attitude.\nCollaborate alongside the broader Recruiting team, HR Managers and Hiring Managers to deliver talent for our business by keeping a positive, team player attitude.\n\nWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE\n3+ years full cycle, high volume recruiting experience (20 plus reqs at any given time)\nExperience recruiting in manufacturing or general labor environment desirable.\nBilingual (Spanish) helpful\nProficient with utilizing and documenting within an Applicant Tracking (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems\nProficient with posting jobs and communicating with candidates using job sourcing platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc.)\nAbility to deliver in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.\n\nPOSITION DETAILS\nMonday through Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, 8am–5pm or 8:30am – 5:30pm.\nSeasonal role from November till June (roughly)\nThis position is required to work onsite 3 days per week with 2 days remote (if local to the market)\n\nJOIN THE BEST TEAM ON THE FIELD IN SPORT, SPIRIT & ACHIEVEMENT\n\nAbout Herff Jones:\nIndianapolis-based Herff Jones is the leading provider of graduation and educational products and services designed to inspire achievement and create memorable experiences for students.
