This position will report(s) to the Warehouse Supervisor.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing On A Daily Basis:\nCoordinate daily warehouse operations across Order Processing, Accessories, and Hoods to maintain workflow and order throughput.\nEnsure timely fulfillment of customer orders by expediting rush/specialty requests.\nSupport inventory accuracy through finished goods control, stock replenishment, returns processing, and movement of completed orders to shipping.\nTrain and support warehouse employees.\nAssist across operational areas as needed.\nProvide departmental leadership in the supervisor’s absence.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring to the Table:\nStrong computer skills, including Oracle and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).\nEffective communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.\nAbility to collaborate with Customer Service and Manufacturing to support order fulfillment.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to meet physical job requirements, work overtime as needed, and maintain a positive attitude.\nPhysical Requirements:\nDaily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting.\nReading, communication, math.\nWorking at a computer for extended periods of time.\nAbility to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs.\nNoise level in the work environment is usually moderate to above\n\nHerff Jones, Inc. and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers and maintain affirmative action plans to recruit, retain, develop, and promote qualified individuals without unlawful consideration of race, gender, gender identity, color, religion, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, citizenship status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
