This position gives you the opportunity to showcase your leadership and organizational skills in the role of the shift coordinator. Not only will you be a DSP, you will be an advocate and voice as people exercise informed decision making in regards to their own well-being. You will be an ally as they communicate their wants and needs to others. The shift coordinator is a hands-on professional that has a direct role in supporting the daily activities of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With the assistance of the leadership team, the shift coordinator will be responsible for coordinating work schedules for all staff.\nQualifications\nMinimum of High School diploma or High School Equivalency; college experience preferred. \nValid New York State drivers’ license that meets Heritage Christian Services motor vehicle standards.
