The Analyst builds and maintains digital audiences, executes marketing automation campaigns with a focus on email, and supports CRM administration, including data entry, imports and exports, data hygiene, and system configuration. The Analyst serves as the primary point of contact for end-user support and training on the CRM and marketing automation platforms and collaborates with other departments to ensure clean, reliable data across all systems.\nJob Duties:\nAdminister CRM solutions: configure permissions, conduct global field changes, manage data imports/exports, and validate that system changes meet specifications.\nMaintain data integrity across the CRM and marketing automation platforms by defining and executing a data hygiene program including merges, purges, updates, de-duplication, and resolution of inconsistent or inaccurate records.\nAssist stakeholders with building and maintaining business rules for digital audience membership, and ensure the ongoing accuracy and availability of priority audiences and segments across channels.\nSupport stakeholders in building and executing marketing automation campaigns, including in-system assets such as email templates, landing pages, smart campaigns and lists, reports, and related HTML/CSS and platform-specific markup.\nFacilitate data transfer between systems and third parties, including maintaining data dictionaries for recurring transfers and conducting data-enrichment screenings (e.g., demographic appends).\nServe as the primary support contact for CRM and marketing automation platforms, field support tickets, troubleshoot user issues, and manage escalation and follow-up with external vendors.\nManage email deliverability and sender reputation monitoring to maintain strong inbox placement.\nProvide data analysis and fulfill reporting requests related to marketing campaigns, CRM data, and audience performance.\nPartner with the Development team and other departments to ensure accurate data capture and validation from all marketing campaigns.\nQualifications:\nEducation:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business/Marketing Analytics or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience\nExperience: 3+ years of related experience, including implementing digital marketing campaigns and working with CRM systems, relational databases, data hygiene, and reporting metrics\nCommunication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills\nTechnology:Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation tools, and Excel required; familiarity with HTML/CSS, Power BI, Power Automate, PowerShell, and data-transfer tools is a plus\nOther Requirements:\nUnderstand and support the Heritage mission and vision for America, and the department's goals and objectives.\nAbility to manipulate and segment data within the CRM (export definitions, exports, smart fields, imports, import selections) and understanding of relational data and dynamic variables.\nStrong troubleshooting skills, with the ability to anticipate the downstream consequences of data and system changes.\nExcellent customer service and technical support skills.\nExtremely organized, highly motivated, and flexible in a rapidly changing environment.\nBenefits and Salary:\nThe Heritage Foundation offers a highly competitive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to, best-in-class health care, vision, and dental insurance, employer-sponsored retirement funding, “take what you need” PTO and sick leave, 14 weeks of paid leave for new moms and 6 weeks of paid leave for new dads, among other programs.\nThe salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
