The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities independently, and work effectively with business and IT teams in a matrixed organization.\nThe Project Manager will apply sound project management practices while providing exceptional customer service, communication, and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities\nManage multiple IT projects from initiation through implementation and closeout.\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.\nManage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, resources, and change requests.\nLead project meetings and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.\nCoordinate cross-functional IT and business resources in a matrixed environment.\nWork closely with application, infrastructure, security, data, and business teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nCoordinate requirements, testing, implementation, and production deployments.\nManage third-party vendors and implementation partners as needed.\nApply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies based on project needs.\nMaintain appropriate project documentation and reporting.\nExercise independent judgment and escalate issues appropriately.\nAdapt to changing priorities and business requirements while maintaining project commitments.\nProvide exceptional service and communication to internal business partners.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of IT project management experience.\nRequired experience with Guidewire or a comparable Guidewire implementation/environment.\nExperience managing enterprise application implementations, upgrades, integrations, or technology projects.\nExperience working with cross-functional and matrixed teams.\nWorking knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and/or hybrid project methodologies.\nUnderstanding of SDLC, application integrations, cybersecurity, cloud/SaaS, and enterprise IT environments.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook.\nExperience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.\nStrong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.\nAbility to work independently with limited supervision and manage multiple priorities.\nDemonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.\nPreferred Qualifications\nP&C insurance industry experience.\nExperience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, or related Guidewire products.\nPMP, CAPM, CSM, or other project management certification.\nExperience with cloud migrations, cybersecurity, data, infrastructure, or enterprise application projects.\nExperience managing technology vendors and implementation partners.\nWork Environment\nThis position is based in Tampa, Florida and requires the ability to work effectively in a professional office and technology environment.
