This role will play a key part in supporting the start-up of our Paris office, a new and growing hub within our global organization.\nThe successful candidate will be instrumental in driving and implementing the integration of the Paris office with our central Technology, Operations, andInvesting teams, currently based across Milan and London.\nThe role will directly contribute and have an impact to the launch of the new office, working in close collaboration with international teams and playing a central role in establishing efficient processes, data flows, and cross-office collaboration.\nCore responsibilities include:\nClient and Portfolio Reporting\nPrepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly consolidated reports for client portfolios, including performance, allocation, and risk analysis\nCollect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (custodians, fund administrators, life insurance platforms, internal systems)\nContribute to the development, improvement and enhancement of automated reporting tools, automation initiatives and dashboards in collaboration with the Tech team\nContribute to the collection and preparation of data for monthly and quarterly consolidated family reports\nPortfolio Operations and Reconciliation\nPerform daily trade and position reconciliations and weekly NAV reconciliations for internally managed funds\nSupport portfolio risk and performance reporting processes\nInvestigate and resolve reconciliation breaks with custodian banks and administrators\n Coordination and Support\nSupport the Investment team in portfolio monitoring, trade execution follow-up, and ad-hoc data analysis.\nLiaise with different stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information exchange (custodian banks, life insurance companies, and fund administrators, etc.)\nAssist with subscription and redemption requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication with all relevant parties\nMaintain and update client profiles, including KYC, AML, and suitability documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements\nKey Requirements \nOutstanding academic background with master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline\n1-3 years of experience in a FinTech/technology-based environment or multi-family office, private bank, asset manager, fund administrator\nKnowledge of financial instruments and investment operations acquired through academic studies\nExperience with portfolio management or fund accounting systems is a plus\nTech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies\nTools specific to wealth management reporting is considered a plus\nFamiliarity with data automation tools (VBA, Power BI, or Python) is considered as a plus\nStrong Excel skills\nHighly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude\nExcellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail\nEffective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment\nFluent in English and French\nAt Heritage, we are proud to have a diverse team representing over 15 nationalities, with all communication conducted in English.
