You will: \nSupport the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of the Client Services team;\nMaintain accurate records and ensure information is consistently updated across internal systems and documentation;\nAssist with client onboarding, documentation management, and regulatory processes;\nCoordinate and track operational workflows, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time;\nProvide general administrative and project support across a range of client service and business operations activities. \nWhat we are looking for.... \nWe are looking for someone with the right mindset to thrive in a fast-moving environment: \nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.\nReliable and conscientious, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.\nHighly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.\nHard-working and resilient, comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities.\nProactive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and accurately.\nPrevious experience balancing studies with work, extracurricular activities, or other commitments is considered a plus.\nFluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. \nWhat we offer\nA paid internship in the heart of Milan, starting in July and lasting six enriching months, that will help shape you into a well-rounded professional.
