The Reporting Intern supports wealth-reporting activities by manually loading transactions and valuations, ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation. The role collaborates with the Tech Team during data-integration phases with Addepar and contributes to building basic formulas and attributes.\nCore responsibilities include:\nManual loading of transactions and valuations into Addepar, ensuring data accuracy and consistency with financial documentation\nSupport reconciliation activities, including verification and balancing of uploaded data\nCollaborate with the Tech Team during the integration process between banks and Addepar (often lengthy, especially with banks not yet integrated)\nEnter historical transactions prior to a new client’s connection and monitor/adjust online-bank transactions even in an integrated setup\nSupport the creation of basic formulas and attributes in Addepar (no programming required)\nKey Requirements \nOutstanding academic background with a master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related disciplines\nPrevious experience in a fintech/technology-based environment or multi-family office, private bank, asset manager, or fund administrator is a plus\nTech-savvy with a strong interest in exploring new technologies\nTools specific to wealth management reporting is considered a plus\nStrong Excel skills\nHighly motivated and proactive, with a hands-on attitude\nExcellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail\nEffective communicator with a collaborative and multicultural mindset\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment\nFluent in English\nAvailable for a 6-month internship starting in May \n\nAt Heritage, we are proud to have a diverse team representing over 15 nationalities, with all communication conducted in English.
