Our multidisciplinary team of AI innovators, technologists, scientists, engineers, historians, and archivists helps organizations transform trusted knowledge into business value through archival expertise, enterprise technology, and AI.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Project Management Analyst, you'll support the Project Management Office (PMO) by ensuring the integrity of project data, governance, operational reporting, and enterprise work management processes across Heritage Werks.\nWorking closely with the Director of Program Management, you'll help maintain project management standards, audit project health, support Wrike administration, and provide leadership with accurate operational reporting and insights. You'll also collaborate with Project Managers and department leaders to improve consistency, visibility, and operational efficiency across the organization.\nThis role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying opportunities for improvement, building scalable processes, and helping teams operate more efficiently.\nLocation: Remote or Hybrid (Duluth, GA)\nRequirements\nWhat You'll Be Responsible For\nProject Management Governance & Compliance\nEnsure projects adhere to Heritage Werks project management standards and best practices.\nPerform governance audits to validate project setup, budgets, schedules, documentation, and task completion.\nIdentify project compliance gaps and partner with Project Managers to resolve them.\nMaintain Project Management documentation, templates, and standard operating procedures.\nSupport onboarding and ongoing reinforcement of PM methodologies.\nOperational Reporting & Analytics\nDevelop and maintain operational dashboards and reports for Project Management leadership.\nMonitor project health, capacity, utilization, and portfolio metrics.\nAnalyze project trends and identify operational risks.\nSupport monthly and quarterly business reporting.\nProvide ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making.\nEnterprise Work Management\nSupport administration of Wrike, including:\nTemplates\nRequest forms\nCustom fields\nDashboards\nWorkflows\nAutomations\nAdditional responsibilities include:\nTesting new workflows and system enhancements before deployment.\nMaintaining user documentation and process guides.\nSupporting users with project setup and work management processes.\nData Quality\nEnsure project, resource, and financial data remain accurate and complete.\nMonitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies.\nPerform routine audits of project information.\nMaintain reporting integrity across the Project Management Office.\nSupport leadership with accurate operational reporting.\nProcess Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.\nRecommend workflow improvements and automation opportunities.\nAssist with implementation of new Project Management Office initiatives.\nSupport continuous improvement across project delivery processes.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience\n1-3 years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Business Analysis, PMO, or a related field.\nBachelor's degree preferred.\nInternship or entry-level project management experience will be considered.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience using work management software such as:\nWrike\nSmartsheet\nMonday.com\nAsana\nClickUp\nJira\nAdditional preferred qualifications:\nExperience building reports or dashboards.\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies.\nSkills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExceptional attention to detail.\nHighly organized and process-oriented.\nComfortable working with large amounts of data.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills.\nAbility to learn new technology quickly.\nSelf-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.\nAbility to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally.\nCore Competencies\nAccountability - Takes ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensures project data, reporting, and governance activities are completed accurately and on time.\nAdaptability - Learns new systems and technologies quickly while supporting evolving Project Management Office processes and initiatives.\nAttention to Detail - Maintains a high level of accuracy when reviewing project data, documentation, governance requirements, and reporting.\nFocus on Quality - Ensures project standards, reporting integrity, and data quality are consistently maintained.\nInitiative - Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements, workflow enhancements, and operational efficiencies.\nLearning Ability - Quickly acquires new knowledge, tools, and methodologies to support the organization's evolving business needs.\nPlanning and Organizing - Effectively manages multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects while maintaining organization and consistency.\nProblem Analysis - Analyzes project data, identifies trends and issues, and recommends practical solutions to improve project performance.\nVerbal Expression - Communicates effectively with Project Managers, leadership, and cross-functional teams to support collaboration and project success.\nWritten Expression - Produces clear, accurate documentation, reports, process guides, and other written communications.\nBenefits\nWhy Join Us?\nAt Heritage Werks Group, you'll work alongside AI innovators, engineers, technologists, historians, and archivists to help some of the world's most iconic brands preserve, organize, and activate institutional knowledge.
