This person will support the Hermanson leaders and employees at the Project Site. Responsibilities including but not limited to customer service, general clerical duties, and clerical support of the PM’s and Salespeople\nResponsibilities: \nOpening projects once they have been awarded.\nPrepare and maintain procurement, RFI and submittal logs.\nCreating job books.\nCreating site specific safety plans.\nPermit assistance.\nCreating and updating job folders.\nFilling out subcontract request forms.\nCompiling closeout packages upon project completion (O&Ms, warranty letters, as-builts, etc).\nGeneral support for both office and field such as:Gathering and generating submittal packages.\nProcessing purchase orders.\nJournal adjustments.\nUpdating Stat Shortcuts/Executive Summaries.\nPutting in print requests for the field.\nFilling out expense reports for both field and office employees.\nSending out weekly transaction reports.\nTrack and update procurement log.\n\nScheduling events including but not limited to:Weekly/Monthly SPD Meetings.\nTeam Building Events/Quarterly Celebrations.\n\nThe salary range for this position is $55,000.to $70,000. (The compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience).\nQualifications:\nThe qualified candidate must have at least 3 years progressive experience in performing duties and responsibilities similar to those mentioned above. In addition, the candidate should:Have a strong motivational fit for mechanical systems, design, and construction.\nPossess strong written and verbal communication skills.\nBe able to demonstrate strong organization skills.\nPossess good computer skills, including MS Office and being able to navigate databases, enterprise systems and online content with ease.\n\nExperience in a fast-paced business environment is preferred\nThe successful candidate should have the ability to quickly learn Hermanson Company’s processes and procedures\n Education:\nBachelors Degree preferred.
