This position reports to the CIO, in the IT Department.\nThis role works in close partnership with, and under the technical direction of, the company’s existing Sr. Solutions Architect. It contributes senior-level design, development, and integration work across the application portfolio, helps mature delivery and engineering practices, and takes on broader responsibility over time as the team’s roadmap and capacity grow. Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform anchor the work today, while its scope is expected to extend across the broader Microsoft cloud and custom development stack as needs evolve.\nResponsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Design\nArchitect end-to-end solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform estate and the systems integrated with it\nMake well-reasoned design decisions, weighing configuration, extension, and custom development to select the right approach for each requirement\nApply and help refine technical standards for maintainability, performance, security, and supportability\nContribute to architectural patterns and roadmaps aligned to business objectives\nApplication Development & Customization\nSupport, configure, and extend the portfolio of production model-driven and canvas applications\nDevelop server-side plugins, custom workflow activities, web resources, and client-side scripting\nBuild custom components, services, and automation where platform configuration alone is insufficient\nWrite readable, maintainable, well-documented code that the team can confidently extend\nIntegration & Data Flow\nDesign and maintain integrations across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure services, and external line-of-business systems\nBuild and maintain integration patterns, including Dual-write, REST and Web APIs, and event-driven automation\nContribute to integration design decisions as system boundaries continue to evolve\nEnsure data integrity and process fidelity across connected systems\nPlatform Migration & Modernization\nContribute to platform migration and modernization initiatives across the application portfolio\nMap legacy business processes to modern platform capabilities, making sound build, buy, and configure decisions rather than recreating legacy designs by default\nPartner with data migration owners, focusing on platform and process fidelity while they handle the data mechanics\nALM, DevOps & Delivery\nWork within and help strengthen solution layering, environment strategy (DEV / UAT / PROD), and deployment pipelines\nApply source control, CI/CD, and release management practices using Azure DevOps and GitHub\nSupport structured incremental delivery across testing, UAT, and production stabilization\nPlatform Expansion & Future Readiness\nHelp expand capabilities beyond the current Dynamics 365 and Power Platform footprint into the broader Microsoft cloud and custom development stack\nEvaluate and recommend new technologies, languages, and tools aligned with strategic direction\nContribute to the team’s engineering standards and culture, and support the development of more junior team members\nThe salary range for this position is $150,000.00 to $185,000.00.
