Missions Vendor Data Management: Responsible for creating and modifying the Vendor Database, and resolving Accounts Payable inquiries from vendors. Reviewing and processing invoices: Review purchase orders, invoices, and journal entries to ensure accuracy and completeness, including invoice processing through online platforms. Assisting with month-end closing activities: Assist with month-end closing activities such as purchase order accrual checking, aged payable report, and actual spending follow-up.
