Join our team as an Assistant Accounting Manager, where you will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, supervise the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, and take direct ownership of the General Ledger and inventory accounting. You will also be responsible for month-end close, financial statement preparation, inventory management, compliance and audits, and driving continuous improvement in workflows and internal controls. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, CPA or equivalent certification, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant accounting experience are required. Fluency in English and Cantonese is also necessary.

Missions

Supervise the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, ensuring timely sales reconciliation and cash collections.
Prepare and review month-end closing, reconciliation and supporting schedules, and assist in preparing accurate financial statements.
Manage inventory accounting, prepare inventory reports, and oversee all stock manual movements transactions.
