Join our team as a Customs Compliance Administrator, where you will be responsible for managing customs clearance schedules, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, and overseeing inventory and pricing management. You will work closely with forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely declaration and proper documentation for monthly closing of expenses. This is a 12-month temporary contract position.
Missions
- Gérer le calendrier de dédouanement des importations, assurer le respect de la réglementation douanière et superviser les déclarations douanières.
- Préparer la documentation d'expédition pour les exportations, y compris les factures, les listes de colisage et les licences d'exportation.
- Superviser les flux de données entre différents systèmes, contrôler les mouvements de stock manuels et coordonner avec différents prestataires logistiques.
