Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as an Operations Manager in Copenhagen. In this role, you will be responsible for managing stock, service, and maintenance, ensuring optimal customer service. You will lead the back-of-house team, oversee after-sales activities, and manage maintenance issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of retail experience, strong management skills, and proficiency in retail IT systems.
Missions
- Manage and coordinate the Back Office Teams, ensuring optimal stock management and after-sales service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and controls for stock accuracy, including processing incoming and outbound product flows.
- Act as a point of reference for the team regarding After Sales activity, following up on defective claims or repairs.
