Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a temporary Sales Associate in Athens. In this role, you will provide personalized customer experiences, share the brand's history and craftsmanship, and develop long-lasting relationships with clients. You will advise customers on product categories, support them with aftersales care, and maintain a customer portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a background in direct sales, fluency in Greek and English, and a passion for luxury goods.
Missions
- Advise and support customers on all product categories to satisfy clients' needs and ensure the most memorable omnichannel experience.
- Develop and maintain a customer portfolio through a proper client discovery and a bespoke experience in order to foster loyalty and establish long-term relationships.
- Collect and update client data, in accordance with privacy policy and company procedures, and play an active role in customers' events and animations whenever needed.
