Vos missions incluront la préparation de supports, la rédaction de comptes rendus, la participation aux ateliers de cadrage, la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles, le déploiement des solutions dans les magasins, le suivi des retours terrain, et la réalisation d'analyses. Ce stage est une opportunité unique de contribuer à des projets digitaux concrets et d'améliorer l'expérience client dans les maisons Hermès à travers le monde.
Missions
- Accompagner le Chef de Projet dans la préparation de supports, la rédaction de comptes rendus et la mise à jour des outils de suivi.
- Participer aux ateliers de cadrage du besoin avec la Direction Expérience Client et contribuer à la rédaction des spécifications fonctionnelles.
- Prendre part au déploiement des solutions dans les magasins, suivre les retours terrain, coordonner la résolution d'incidents.
