Our team is responsible for the design, testing, and integration of GNC systems, electrical hardware, control software, power distribution, and RF communications.\nSpring: Around 16 weeks (January - April)\nSummer: Around 12 weeks (May - August)\nResponsibilities:\nConduct physical testing of subsystems and validate performance against requirements\nDevelop and maintain detailed wire diagrams for subsystem integration\nSet up and configure hardware in lab environments for testing and validation\nPerform end-to-end subsystem testing, ensuring full integration of electrical, hardware, and software components\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (software, electrical, and mechanical engineering) to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues\nDocument test results, integration procedures, and system configurations\nYou'll take charge of designing and testing custom electrical systems for both ground test and flight applications.\nYou will ensure the seamless integration and compatibility of your designs at the sub-system and integrated system level.\nRequirements:\nPursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.\nEntry level experience of C++, C, or other embedded programming languages. \nExperience with working with hardware integrations and embedded computers (Raspberry PIs, arduinos, STM32s). \nStrong understanding of engineering first principles\nDemonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams\nEnthusiasm for aviation and Hermeus' mission\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nGPA of 3.0 or
