performance and reliability.\nPlan and execute tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements.\nMaterials and Manufacturing:\nSelect appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for components, considering performance, cost, and sustainability.\nWork with suppliers to ensure high-quality production.\nDocumentation and Reporting:\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of design specifications, test results, and performance data.\nGenerate reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.\nCollaboration and Mentorship:\nCollaborate with junior engineers and provide guidance and mentorship to foster their professional growth.\nFoster teamwork and knowledge sharing within the Vehicle & Mechanisms Team.\nInnovation and Research:\nStay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies in mechanical engineering.\nContribute to research and development efforts aimed at pushing the boundaries of aerospace technology.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field (Master's degree preferred).\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanisms engineering, preferably in aerospace or a related industry.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nStrong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.\nProficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and simulation tools.\nExperience with FEA analysis and simulation software.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nProject management experience is a
