excited to make a meaningful impact within a small, fast-moving team.\nResponsibilities:\nAct as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, continuous process improvement, process automation, and candidate management\nConduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high interview-to-offer ratios\nEngage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referral and campaigns\nEnsure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint\nBuild talent maps to generate market insights to inform your engagement strategy\nRepresent the company's brand and recruiting team internally and externally\nLeverage internal resources to build strategy around selling our value proposition\nQualifications:\nOver 3 years of experience sourcing top-tier talent for technical roles\n2+ years of experience interacting with internal stakeholders, including collaborating with Hiring Managers and Directors to gather requirements, review candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on pipeline progress\nWell-connected within the new space hardware engineering talent communities\nProven ability to take a consultative approach, delivering improved hiring outcomes, enhancing candidate experience, and earning the trust of peers and internal stakeholders\nStrong grasp of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering roles across the business\nSkilled in communicating clearly with candidates to understand their motivations, career goals, and organizational fit\nExperienced in managing multiple candidate pipelines and tracking their progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle\nSelf-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal
