This role is hands-on and suited for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and safety-focused environment.\nResponsibilities\nPerform precision TIG, MIG, and arc welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-nickel alloys. \nInterpret engineering drawings and welding symbols to ensure dimensional accuracy and conformance. \nExecute high-precision laser welding on thin-gauge and high-strength alloys, maintaining tight control of heat input, distortion, and weld integrity in mission-critical hardware.\nFabricate, assemble, and pressure-test structural and piping systems supporting aerospace and defense operations. \nMaintain compliance with ASME, AWS, and company weld standards, following approved procedures. \nUphold strict safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in all work areas. \nCollaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve fabrication challenges. \nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization. \nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or GED;
