Du testest neue Kanäle, fährst Experimente, misst die Ergebnisse und skalierst, was funktioniert - mit direktem Draht zu einem Team.

Aufgaben

  • Du testest neue Kanäle und findest heraus, was für unsere Kunden funktioniert - und was nicht
  • Du fährst Experimente, misst die Ergebnisse und ziehst daraus klare Schlüsse
  • Du skalierst, was funktioniert, und beendest konsequent, was nicht funktioniert
  • Du arbeitest über Paid, SEO, Content, E-Mail und Social hinweg - du bist nicht auf einen Kanal festgelegt
  • Du fasst selbst mit an, statt nur zu koordinieren oder Reportings zu bauen

Qualifikation

  • Erfahrung im Growth Marketing oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung im Testen und Skalieren von Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Ein datengetriebenes Mindset - du triffst Entscheidungen auf Basis von Zahlen, nicht aus dem Bauch heraus
  • Eigenständigkeit und Lust, Dinge selbst umzusetzen statt nur zu planen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Shopify oder E-Commerce
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
